Maylin sets extremely high standards for herself and does not accept unprofessional or incomplete work. She encourages all clients to be as independent as possible when completing self-help or self-care tasks. Maylin ensures clients maintain sanitary practices and helps as needed.

Maylin is a strong advocate for the residents she serves. She advocates for the residents by reporting any medical and/or behavior concerns that may occur as well as advocating for the resident’s personal appearance by requesting new clothing, shoes, colognes etc. as they are needed. Maylin has built a relationship with each of the residents, and they trust her.

Not only is she friendly and caring to the residents, but she also has a strong relationship with many of her co-workers and is considered a team player.
