 DSP's Making a Difference: Anthony Holloway
As part of DSP Recognition Week, FADSP is pleased to recognize Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they serve. Anthony Holloway is one of those DSPs.
 Anthony Holloway has been working at MacDonald Training Center (MTC) for the last twenty-four years as a Direct Support Professional. During his tenure, Anthony has consistently embodied MTC’s mission “to empower individuals with disabilities to lead the lives they choose.” He has taken on various roles, each with the same unwavering commitment to advocacy, dignity, and compassion. His calm demeanor and gentle communication style create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel truly seen and supported. Anthony’s ability to form meaningful connections is a testament to his empathy and professionalism.
Anthony is a tireless advocate for the individuals served, always ensuring their voices are heard and their choices are respected. Whether he’s championing their goals or celebrating their achievements, Anthony leads with purpose and heart. Anthony is often the first to arrive and the last to leave.
